“Well,” I replied, tightening the rope around his waist, “it would appear that I’m strapping you to a cannon and preparing to push you to a watery grave. Do you have a problem with something?”   
He squinted up at me, attempting to wiggle his fingers. “Perhaps. Are these ropes?”

When Desmond Met AndiShe looked at me, her green eyes crinkling with her smile. “Silly, silly bloodsucking Lord of Night,” she laughed, jabbing at my forehead with a finger. She swayed a bit as she struggled down from the post on which she had been perched. “It’s quite obvious, really, you know. But it doesn’t matter, because you’re still a good person.”

The Story of a Vampire .I.There are thousands of universes, spinning around thousands of galaxies that are dancing between millions of stars. Believe it or not, one wandering, winding Pathway connects all of those stars and galaxies and universes together. I Love You TooSuddenly it was all I could see – the dark hallway we’d stumbled hastily down, remarking carelessly about the black splatters of blood here and there on the walls, the darkened doorway…it all faded into nothing in comparison to what I was seeing.   
To what I couldn’t be seeing.   
He lay, spread-eagled, on the stripped mattress. His hands were folded over his stomach, as though in some sort of prayer – maybe he had been praying. Was praying. Just saying hi to my nonexistent population of readers out there. Planning on posting some short stories up here soon...hopefully. :D Garner myself some attention, mayhap.
